Why financial planning?
I’ve always appreciated order and organization, and in my role as Operations Manager, I put that passion to work every day. My job is to make sure everything at Monson Wealth Management runs smoothly—whether that’s behind-the-scenes processes or the way our clients experience working with us.
What I enjoy most, though, is the people. I love being part of a team that helps families feel supported, and I take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients. For me, it’s about creating structure and clarity so clients can feel confident and cared for.
Personal Life
What am I like outside of work?
Above all, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have three children (one still at home) and two young grandbabies who keep our lives full of joy.
When we get away, you’ll most often find us at the coast—it’s our happy place. I’m also an animal lover, especially when it comes to our loyal German Shepherd.
And if you really want to know the way to my heart, it’s tacos—my absolute favorite food in the world.
For me, life is about balance: creating order at work, cherishing family at home, and soaking in
the simple joys that make life meaningful.
